Laser hair removal treatments are performed with light-based devices that are fast and comfortable. This treatment is safe and effective for all skin types. It typically takes 6-8 sessions spaced 6-8 weeks apart to remove unwanted hair in the area being treated. Laser hair removal devices send beams of light to hair follicles where pigment can be found. If the hair in the follicle is white, gray, blonde, or red there is typically little to no reduction of hair.
